Opportunity details, deadlines, and requirements should always be verified through official sources.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that the platform will meet your specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PursuIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed opportunities, lost revenue, or business decisions made based on the information provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any credentials used to access the platform. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
